Abstract
Authority in science, technology and innovation is a macro process, which is one of the horizons and consequences of the comprehensive development of the country, wealth creation, scientific authority, economic growth, national authority, national honor, etc. One of the important fields of authority is the field of defense innovation. The complexity of the surrounding environment of the Islamic Republic of Iran and the production of various threats in this environment have required defense innovation in the armed forces in order to gain superiority in the battle scenes. Acknowledging the above issue, the present research has been written with the aim of designing a reference model for defense innovation of the armed forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran. This research is exploratory based on the purpose and nature of the research, and based on the results of the research, it is also applied. Research Statistical Society, in the qualitative step of the documents and documents related to the measures, orders and guidelines of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief (Supreme Command), the country's vision document, the comprehensive scientific map of the country, the comprehensive document of science and technology in the field of defense and security, and the program law Seventh development and in a quantitative step, there are 96 commanders, deputies and academic staff members of armed forces universities. In order to answer the research questions, a questionnaire tool was used to check the degree of correlation of each of the items counted in the qualitative step with the authority of defense innovation of the armed forces and also to rank each of the items. The results indicate that the final model of the research consists of three dimensions which include: defense authority, defense technology authority and defense culture authority and eleven main components which are: defense education and training, organizational enablers, meritocracy, cultural authority, military morale - Gary, knowledge and faith, defense technology, innovation architecture, innovation capacity, defense command and management, learning organization, have been formed.
